alleviation Programs, is registered in Uganda as BRAC Uganda. The organization
implements integrated development approach combining Education, Health,
Agriculture, Livestock, Adolescent Empowerment and Microfinance.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 

·        
Conduct
bank/fund reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis.

·        
Confirm
whether cash flows are correctly recorded in the cash registers.

·        
Prepare
monthly financial reports.

·        
Compute
and submit tax and payroll related expenses

·        
Preparing
and analyzing budgets against actual expenditures.

·        
Monitoring
field expenses and accountabilities.

·        
Review
supplier’s invoices and billings.

·        
Recommend
the transfer of expenses into the out of projects.

·        
Ensure
the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and
exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.

·        
Act as
a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for
establishing a safe working environment.

·        
 Practice, promote and endorse the issues of
safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of
safeguarding standards in every course of action.

·        
Follow
the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes
place, encourage others to do so.

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

·        
The
ideal applicant must hold Master’s degree in Business Administration,
Accounting, Finance or related field.

·        
Candidate
should have a complete CPA/ACCA.

·        
Minimum
of 3 years’ experience in a similar role from preferably the development
organization or NGO.

·        
Excellent
advanced user of Microsoft excels application and other office applications.

·        
Ability
to solve problems proactively.

·        
Very
good analytical skills.

·        
Excellent
oral and written communication skills

·        
Ability
to work and produce accurate results in an environment with multiple and
challenging tasks.
