implements integrated development approach combining Education, Health,
Agriculture, Livestock, Adolescent Empowerment and Microfinance.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 

·        
Supervise
and monitor TB wave 7 activities of PAHS and CHWS

·        
Supervise
project implementation activities in communities.

·        
Submit
regular reports to the project coordinator.

·        
Carry
out assessments of PAHS and visit CHWs within their communities & supervise
health forums.

·        
Read,
understand, practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy
among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in
every course of action Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any
reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

·        
The
ideal applicant must have minimum of a Diploma in Health related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Health related is an added advantage.

·        
2-year
relevant experience of working with the community Good understanding of
community health systems

·        
 Good communication and reporting skills
including Computer knowledge). Strong supervisory and mentorship skills.
