Job Summary:  The Administration Officer is primarily
responsible for assisting the management team in the administration aspects of
the organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure office is clean and in order
  • Ensure office amenities bills are received and processed for payment
    on time
  • Assist Finance department in accountability of office expenses
  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
  • Receives office communication and any necessary appointments and
    meetings for all departments
  • Manages staff schedules
  • Ensures all office records and documentation is filed
  • Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
  • Manage administrative stores (e.g. stationary, printer toner etc.)
  • Understand and implement role as per quality, environment, health
    & safety management systems

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in any Finance, Admin or HR
    related field
  • One year of related work experience. Applicants that have worked in
    a pest services company have an added advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel
    and Outlook etc.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good at multi-tasking and prioritizing
  • A great team player
  • Have Initiative and be innovative
