About US:

The
Leadership Code (Amendment) Act 2017 established the Leadership Code Tribunal,
consisting of a Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and three other Members. For
effective performance of the functions of the Tribunal, the Act provides for a
Registrar of the Tribunal, other Officers and Staff as may be necessary.
Section 19 A (2) provides that the Officers and staff of the Tribunal shall be
appointed by the Public Service Commission, on terms and conditions determined
by the Public Service Commission.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 

The Administration
Officer   will
be responsible to the Senior Administrative Manager for performing the
following duties: –

·        
Ensuring
safe custody of Government property;

·        
Ensuring
maintenance of Government premises;

·        
Monitoring
installation and usage of utilities including water and electricity;

·        
Arranging
management meetings, taking minutes during the meetings and ensuring their
distribution;

·        
Making
preparations for the Tribunal functions;

·        
Managing
transport fleet of the Tribunal;

·        
Supervising
personnel under administrative support;

·        
Any
other duties as or may be assigned from time to time.
