implements integrated development approach combining Education, Health,
Agriculture, Livestock, Adolescent Empowerment and Microfinance.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
·
Supervise
and monitor CHWs activities.
·
Support
CHWs in conducting day today household visits.
·
Support
CHWs in TB screening and case detection, follow up and contact tracing.
·
Support
the CHWs in mobilizing communities and conducting health education activities
on the spread and TB.
·
Submit
timely reports to supervisors.
·
Read,
understand, practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy
among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in
every course of action
·
Follow
the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes
place, encourage others to do so.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
·
The
ideal candidate must have minimum of a certificate in health related field or
Diploma in related fields.
·
Health
related experience in community work
·
Good
communication skills.
·
Ability
to speak the West Nile local language is an added advantage
·
Good
report writing skills & ability to use phone applications
