About US:
The mission of the
Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI) is to strengthen health systems in Africa,
with a strong emphasis on infectious diseases through research and capacity
development. IDI has six operational areas through which it works to achieve
its mission: Prevention, Care and Treatment, Global Health Security, Training,
Research, Laboratory services (including the CAPcertified IDI Core Lab) and
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
design and oversee the implementation of community mobilization and demand
creation activities for VMMC services in the assigned site.
and disseminate SMC and HIV prevention messages in appropriate local languages.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
At least
three years proven working experience in mobilizing communities to utilize
health services.
At least
two years of experience managing community mobilization teams
oral presentation skills
to work with little or no supervision.
key personal competences in Team and communication skills, networking and
partnership skills.
in mobilization for SMC will be an added advantage.
