Job Summary:  The Operations Support Officer should be able
to work in structured fashion and appreciate the value of a happy customer so
as to always work towards customer satisfaction in a timely approach. The
ability to work under pressure is an added advantage because of the growing
business and increased expectation continuously to excel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Commission queries
  • Receive and capture queries on a daily
  • Resolve queries on a daily and escalate the complicated ones
  • Consolidate additional payable commission for the two pay outs WD10
    and WD20
  • Share additional commission report monthly
  • Classify queries and resolve all the straight through and escalate
    the non-straight through to respective team members.
  • Maintain a tracker of all queries, schedule follow up for response and
    update the status tracker timely
  • Ensure response reaches the affected agent/team
  • Escalate all open queries not resolved within 5 working days to the
    Head of Operations
Other queries
relating to Operations Team Proposal and policy document queries, Claims and
refund queries and Masterfile queries
  • Receive, consolidate and distribute queries to the Team for
  • Maintain a query tracker from time of submission to resolution
  • Communicate responses to the concerned parties; agents/clients
  • Prepare a weekly report on commission queries and other queries
    related to Operations that were received
  • Other duties:
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned Management

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
    with customer care working experience.
  • Keen interest in the customer care roles
  • Positive attitude towards to internal and external customers
  • Clear communication skills with quick response to queries
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and activities
  • Ability to successfully work in a high activity, fast paced
  • Work experience in customer care related duties
  • Excel knowledge and basic computer skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn
