About US:
Caritas MADDO
(Masaka Diocesan Development Organisation) is a faith-based organization
offering social services and development work in Masaka Diocese. It was started
way back after the 1979 war with relief items to war victims. The offices were
established in 1981. In 1988 MADDO was expounded to include development work
besides social services with more technical staff.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring patient registration and planet charts,
collecting, organizing and storing health Centre vital records in an easy
to retrieve manner ensure patient data is entered and stored in both
manual registers and electronic systems, - Data entry into the Uganda EMR, ensure data protection and
confidentiality under take data analysis and compilation for weekly,
monthly and quarterly reporting. - Generate reports for quality improvement at the facility level,
participate in health sub-district and district data/performance review
meetings participate in facility data survey and audits. - Compile and submit reports to various stakeholders including
district, UCM8 and RHSP.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Records and Information
Management from a recognized institution - Demonstrable practical experience in records management
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in managing Uganda EMR, open MRS is required.
