Group is a private health service provider that includes Lifelink Medical
Centre – Ntinda, Lifelink Hospital -Namugongo and Lifelink Pharmacy –
Namugongo. Lifelink mainly focuses on providing quality health services.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT
  • Additional certification in either of Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician
    (CCENT) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA R&S) or Cisco
    Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  • Three years of working experience in an IT support environment.
  • Networking skills including TCP/IP and the ability to configure
    network printers
  • Strong knowledge of windows serve OS, Active Directory,
    Exchange/email configurations and SQL operations and trouble shooting
  • Knowledge of windows 7/10 and office 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016
  • Hands on experience of installing IT hardware
  • Awareness of all mainstream mobile technologies (Android, Apple etc)
  • Knowledge of databases
