providing full service support for TECNO, Itel, & Infinix three worldwide
famous mobile phone brands.
Job Summary: Carlcare is looking for a suitable candidate
for position of Human Resource Officer who will work under our subsidiary
affiliate called Egatee.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing expertise & fulfillment of recruitment
needs across the office in a timely manner - Identify appropriate resourcing solutions depending on the nature of
the role whilst maintaining our focus on direct hiring and low-cost
sourcing - Maintaining a secure & accurate database of staff information
(both hard & softcopy) - Managing Training & Development processes
- Effective and timely payroll management
- Ensure effective use of a number of systems and tools
- Manage on-boarding process ensuring it is conducted accurately and
smoothly with the relevant internal teams kept up to date - Conducting market mapping using a variety of tools and actively
approaching candidate - Production of timely and accurate reports relating to staff data
- Continuously looking for opportunities to innovate and demonstrating
best practice at all times
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Carlcare Human Resource Officer job must hold
a Bachelor’s degree in business related course - Three years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
