tractors and agricultural implements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Risk Management
- Develop and maintain a Risk Management Framework
- Manage all internal and external risk exposures (strategic,
operational, compliance, financial, technology, external) etc. - Implement processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure,
monitor and report risks. - Assessing financial risks and creating game plan to handle those
potential issues. - Prepare timely and accurate risk management reports
- Monitor risk management activities
- Assist in the oversight of the management and maintenance of the
policies and procedures for Risk Testing, Fraud Prevention, and Internal
Controls. - Investigate and research emerging risk trends in the industry and
advise management where appropriate. - Ensure coordination, preparation and submission of OEL (Occupational
Exposure Limit) desk reviews. - Coordinate and facilitate risk management reviews conducted by
external providers - Support Process Owners to develop and update Risk Registers
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
Compliance
Management
- Develop and maintain a Compliance Management Framework to ensure
compliance to all applicable laws and ISO Regulations. - Ensure existence of effective internal processes and policies in
general and specifically in relation to compliance to laws and regulations - Prepare and update quality documentation in accordance with ISO, AEO
and other company adopted standards for quality and industry regulatory
requirements. - Develop, implement, monitor and manage the company’s compliance with
internal control requirements to ensure effectiveness - Develop appropriate compliance monitoring tools to ensure all
Business Units adhere to regulations, policies and procedures - Training of staff on compliance risks
Team Development
- Identify risk-focused training needs and requirements, and organize
training interventions to meet quality standards
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related
field from a recognized university. - Possession of a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk and/or Compliance
Management would be an advantage as well as CPA/ACCA level 2 - Risk Management Certification
