Century Bottling
Company Limited is a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa and is a
Franchise Bottler and distributor of Coca Cola Products in Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the trucks plan and utilization
- Manage haulage by looking at scheduling, turn-around-time and fleet
availability - Control truck fuel consumption and KPIs.
- Manage performance, development, leave and welfare of Distribution
Staff - Manage Distribution cost
- Enforce SHEQ & GMP compliance
- Follow through Customer service requirement/expectations for
Distribution - Ensure compliance to all TCCMS and 5S requirements
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Century Bottling Company Limited (Coca-Cola Beverages Africa)
Distribution Team Leader must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce,
Business Management, Logistics or transport, Engineering, or a related
field - At least five years’ experience in the Logistics industry and with
leadership experience and with knowledge of Logistics operations in FMCG
Organizations - Additional experience and/or exposure in sales, warehouse or
manufacturing will be an added advantage. - Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
