Job Summary:  The Team Leader will undertake all business
development activities to ensure that the set sales target are achieved. The
jobholder will mainly recruit, develop and manage a team of sales people as
will be guided by the sales manager and undertake any other responsibilities as
will be guided from time to time..

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The preferred candidate should be in possession of a diploma or
    bachelor’s degree in any field or its equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in life insurance sales, banking sales and media will be
    of an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional Interpersonal and business relationship skills
  • Strong Analytical and management skills is a must.
