About US:
Research and
Education Network for Uganda (RENU) encourages ICT-enabled collaboration among
Ugandan researchers and the higher education community by linking them to their
peers and partners, nationally within Uganda, regionally within Africa and
internationally to the global Research and Education (R&E) communities. Our
aim is to enable affordable access for as many R&E institutions as possible
across Uganda through engagement with the institutions’ leadership, technical
capacity building and awareness creation among end users.
About RENU Graduate Trainee Program (GTP):
The RENU Graduate
Trainee Program (GTP) is designed for recent graduates. During the
GTP, you will be
exposed to cross-functional operations and activities, delivering an all-round experience.
The program comprises training in the form of hands-on working experience, making
the GTP the perfect start to your career. We are looking for passionate, highly
motivated, competitive, creative, exceptionally bright and talented
individuals, who can collaborate with and learn from our experienced teams. Challenge
yourself, join the RENU team, and contribute to the effort to uplift the
quality of research and education in Uganda.
The RENU Graduate
Trainee Program (GTP) for communications is designed for recent graduates
looking for a career in public relations and communications.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The ideal
applicants must be recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree (or set to
graduate in January 2020) in Mass Communication and Journalism from a
recognized university.

Minimum
CGPA of 4.0.
·
Less
than 1 year of work experience.
