individuals in Eastern Africa. We have a wide spread branch network in Uganda,
Kenya and Tanzania. Platinum Credit (U) Ltd has introduced a new product
available to formally employed persons working in the Private Sector. Platinum
Credit (U) Ltd is a subsidiary of Platcorp Holdings Ltd.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of the collection unit
on having debt card/recovery trail on customer’s account - Ensure all required bad debt support is
on File and Uploaded onto the system. - Monitor the Quality of support
documents. - Liaise with Regional Collection Officers
to ensure timely receipt of all bad debt support from votes/employers - Analyse data and develop reports and
make recommendations to management and other stake holders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Platinum
Credit (U) Ltd Recoveries Compliance Officer job must hold a Degree in a
relevant field. - One year of experience in a similar
position/ any other collections related role preferably in financial
institution. - Supervisory skills
- Computer knowledge.
- Excellent numerical and analytical
skills. - Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. - Age: Between 26-33 years
