Job Summary: The Product Associate will enable
organisations to work with entrepreneurs, capture new value from
digital—creating products, experiences, and businesses. We bring together a community
where people can design, prototype, test, scale and launch imaginative and

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship
Management
·
Grow
company revenues by developing new products
·
Produce,
organise and maintain internal and external sales and marketing materials like
presentation decks, case studies, competitive intelligence and contact lists
·
You are
capable of deeply understanding the needs of clients and translate these into
compelling solutions and sales proposals
·
You
communicate regularly with clients, manage expectations, update them on
progress as well as solicit feedback
·
Ensure
revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
Project Planning &
Coordination
·
You are
strong in processes and can map out projects, taking into consideration client
needs and resources available
·
Establish
milestones and objectives
·
You can
communicate your plans well both verbally and in writing to all stakeholders
·
Participate
in cross-functional teams to execute the product development plan
·
You
ensure that all stakeholders in a project are contributing their part and can
mitigate risks
·
Oversee
the development of advertising, public relations, and marketing communications
to meet product objectives
Product Evaluation &
Reporting
·
You have
strong professional writing skills and can produce concept notes, proposals and
reports for different audiences
·
You are
able to identify key KPIs for all the interventions you design and can report
on these to different audiences
·
Maintain
accurate and complete product-related information
·
Identify
process improvements to achieve goals related to product marketing and customer
support
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
Prior
experience selling technology products to corporations or selling corporate
solutions
·
Proven
track record of effectively negotiating high value business agreements and
developing business relationships that impact company performance
·
Comfortable
with Excel, Google Docs and other technology solutions for driving sales
·
Strong
internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
·
Ability
to manage different clients and multi-task with excellent organization skills
·
Comfort
with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements – Start-up experience a
plus
·
Ability
to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and
ambiguity
·
Can-do
attitude, strategic thinker, and passion for new products and solutions
