About US:

Joint Clinical
Research Centre (JCRC) is a National Ugandan Organization that was established
in 1991 as a Medical Institution and HIV/AIDS Centre of Excellence specializing
in Medical Research, Health Care and Training.

Job Summary: The
Physician is responsible for making Clinical Diagnosis, participate in training
programs, manage and organize the clinic inpatient and outpatient activities,
participate in clinical research and medical consultations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• To clinically manage both out patients
  and hospitalised patients
• Participate in continuous medical
  education and other training programs at the institution.
• Participate in clinical research as an
  investigator or principal investigator depending on the prevailing
  protocol.
• Provide consultations services, attend
  departmental meetings and participate in continuous quarterly improvement
  activities
• Any other duties as may be assigned to
  you from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The ideal candidate for the Joint
  Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) Physician job must hold an MBCHB/MBBS/MD
  Medical degree and post graduate speciality qualification in internal
  medicine.
• He/she should be registered with Uganda
  Medical Council.
