We tirelessly work
to create/ add value for the corporate sector and you will need to oversee the
team’s daily tasks to ensure we are meeting our deliverables. You need to be
“switched on” to the vast opportunities and understand the priorities or
concerns within the ecosystem.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Design
·        
Design
and lead delivery of custom engagements and associated outputs, taking ownership
of day-to-day client management and the development of high-quality client
deliverables and recommendations.
·        
Coordinate
and provide support on overall innovation strategy/action plan, including
formulation, design, planning and implementation.
Customer Facing
·        
Support
all phases of customer engagements, from the strategy definition process and
development across activities and programs to post execution activities
including investment.
·        
Encourage
a collaborative, high-performing culture with a focus on customer satisfaction.
·        
Define
project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress, align project
objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on
objectives, deliver and install technology solutions.
·        
Identify
growth opportunities, forge and develop relationships to enable continued rapid
growth.
·        
Continue
to refine the companies’ value proposition and target segment.
Startup Facing
·        
Assist
entrepreneurs in market and commercialization planning, prototype design, and
production.
·        
Develop
symbiotic relationship between entrepreneurs/innovators and industry actors, by
developing a pipeline that can connect the different actors.
·        
Perform
due diligence on start-up team strengths, market size, technology, and business
model
Ecosystem Building
·        
Assist
with planning and delivering internal events to continuously engage with the
ecosystem
·        
Organise
innovation program events including kick-off, pilot strategy sessions, and
demo-days including resources to deliver on innovation projects such as mentors,
facilitators, guest speakers, investors, sponsors and partners.
·        
Gather
client and stakeholder feedback to constantly iterate and improve activities



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·        
The
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
related field (MBA/Masters Degree is a plus)
·        
Two to
three years of Project management and business operations experience
·        
Highly
proficient in MS Office and G-Suite
·        
Must
have strong written communication and public speaking skills
·        
Exceptional
organizational and multitasking skills
·        
Demonstrate
integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work
ethic, and empathy
·        
Passion
and understanding of entrepreneurial communities
·        
Ability
to collaborate and work effectively on a team is critical.
