About US:
Spanora Media is a
relatively new and highly viable media business, with a focus on production,
digital marketing and e-learning.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of the front desk; receiving
office calls, printing, - General office management
- Contact person for suppliers
- Basic financial management; petty cash,
invoicing, receipts etc. - Basic human resource management;
- In charge of the office filing system
- Provide assistance to other staff where
necessary. - Any other task that may be required from
time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in business administration or a related field from a recognized
University - Two years of working experience in a
similar role - Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and oral communication
skills - Flexibility
- Positive attitude
