millions of beneficiaries around the world.

Job Summary:  The Finance and Administration Assistant will
provide financial management and general administrative support at the field
level office while ensuring value for money in all the transactions and efficient
and effective administrative functions and routines. S/he will participate in
GRADE A recruitments, onboarding, leave management and time and attendance
management at field level.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC
    International) Finance and Administration Assistant job must hold
    a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and
    Finance or any other related field.
  • Two years of experience working in a finance department in a busy
    organization.
  • Good computer Skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
  • Proven organizational skills and multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal skills.
  • High level of integrity and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain good ethical and confidentiality standards.
