Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·        
The applicant
for the Apartment Manager job must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in hotel
management, hospitality or related field

·        
At least
three to five years of related work experience in senior positions

·        
Excellent
communication skills.

·        
Good leadership
skills.

·        
Applicants
with contacts of experienced cleaners and technicians will have an added
advantage
