nonsectarian organization that provides humanitarian assistance and training to
millions of beneficiaries around the world.

Job Summary:  The Data Management Officer will be responsible
for supporting staff to monitor and evaluate program activities, as well as
working with sector heads on data collection, analysis, and secure storage of
data, as well as contributing to the compilation and drafting of timely reports
in collaboration with the Monitoring and Reporting Coordinator.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate for the American Refugee Committee (ARC
    International) Data Management Officer job must hold a Bachelor’s
    degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies or a related field.
  • A qualification in M & E is an added advantage.
  • At least three years of working experience in Data Management and M
    & E of program activities in an INGO.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of SPSS, MS ACCESS, spreadsheets
    and other database programs.
  • Quality and timely report writing.
  • Good communication and Analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain good ethical and confidentiality standard
