Job Summary:  The Senior Manager ICT will support the Head
of ICT to direct manage and coordinate IT to business systems, Business
processes and Operations, Initiatives and projects to facilitate efficient IT
uptime in IT service delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage, coordinate and monitor all ICT projects/tasks.
  • Review and monitor service level agreements
  • Vendor management.
  • Implementation, Management and review of IT policies and procedures.
  • Development of business reports Bc user systems.
  • IT Infrastructure systems administration e servers, network — LAN
    and WAN, etc. n Conduct ICT security assessment for new ICT business
    applications and IT infrastructure projects.
  • Conducting ICT performance reviews for new ICT applications and
    infrastructure being deployed.
  • Develop and implement the ICT risk management strategy and frame
    work

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant for the Diamond Trust Bank Uganda Limited Senior
    Manager ICT job placement must hold an Honors degree in Computer Science
    with a professional qualification in CISA from a reputable institution,
  • Significant working experience in ICT systems management.
  • Familiarity with service delivery culture and support function
    including change management.
