Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist
each employee in defining a career development plan and prepare for their
future career path.
·
Conduct
career assessments and assist Managers in creating individual training plans.
·
Support
Managers in the role of Coach.
·
Serve as
an HR Partner for the organisation.
·
Manage
employee mobility by working with Managers to ensure that positions within your
scope of activity are appropriately staffed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicants for the TOTAL Talent Developer job opportunity should hold a
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or
related field of study.
·
A
minimum of ten years of experience in a field with a strong HR and management
focus.
·
International
experience in HR management is an added advantage.
·
Should
be able to work independently, have a big picture perspective.
·
Good
listening skills and ability to generate new ideas and demonstrate conviction,
influence and leadership.
·
Ability
to develop Managers and their teams.
·
Excellent
communication skills; ability to make decisions; goal-oriented.
·
Good
command of French and English.
