Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in the formulation of the Company’s B2B
strategy for Resellers. - Responsible for the execution of the Company’s B2B strategy for
Resellers. - Studies the market to understand and/or identify changes in clients’
requirements. - Leads the effort on prospection and acquisition of new Reseller
clients. - Ensures that Total delivers on its commitment to the Government
Accounts. - Monitors the cost and pricing of the products and services offered
to Resellers to ensure sales volumes and margins generated are aligned to
the Company’s Sales-margin objective. - Actively participates in the formulation and leads the effort to
implement the Affiliate’s marketing, communication and promotion
strategies for Resellers. - Implements and monitors corporate Health, Safety, Environment and
Quality standards/requirements in all the Reseller activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants for the TOTAL Commercial Sales Executive – Reseller
job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Engineering
or any business related field of study. - Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in
Marketing or Finance is an added advantage - Five years of work experience in Account management or a busy sales
and marketing environment. - Should possess excellent analytical, reporting, presentation and
decision making skills. - Should be innovative, self driven and result oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to
multitask and work in a diverse team. - Should possess a valid Driver’s licence.
