leading meat processor of various meat and Poultry products. Freshcuts is
certified by Uganda National Bureau of Standards and is also accredited on an
international level by Bureau Veritas. Freshcuts operates under two trademarks
which are “Fresh Cuts” and “Quality Cuts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
To display
company’s products to enhance visibility and maximize shelf space.
·
To
maintain and promote a very good relationship with customers, floor managers
and all key stake holders in the outlets visited.
·
To
service all outlets as per routing schedule.
·
To monitor
customer needs, maintain a good customer relationship and grow our customer
base.
·
To add
value to our brand and protect the image of the company.
·
To work
in close collaboration with the sales representatives, sales managers, and
delivery drivers
·
To report
on any competitor’s actions..
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The
applicant must hold a Diploma in Sales and Marketing OR Business related field.
·
Knowledge
of Distribution and Retail chains.
·
Two to
three years of related work experience in an FMCG sector.
· Ability
to work under minimum supervision
·
Flexibility
to work odd hours
·
Ability
to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment and self-driven.
·
Good
communication skills and ability to work in a team.
·
I.T
proficient (MS Excel, Ms Word, Power point)
