construction, final cleaning, kindergarten, school cleaning and floor care
professionals. This enables our customers to be as happy as possible, the same
team cleans all the time. This is so that our staff should know the customer’s
home and learn their special needs. We keep high standards of our cleaning services
and are responsive to our customers’ wants and needs. Should something not be
to the satisfaction we come to the customer’s home / workplace and fix the
problem free of charge within 24 hours. Clean Homes have full insurance for all
the employees.

Job Summary:  The Fumigation Sales
Executive is responsible for maintaining a working partnership with commercial
properties, home-owners, and property managers. A sales person is responsible
for increasing their monthly sales performance without leads or help Clean
Homes International. A sales person will conduct inspections with the purpose
of making proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts
.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Sells fumigation services for Clean Homes to home owners or agents
    of homes, stores, supermarkets, restaurants, factories, etc
  • Selects prospects in assigned territory from account file, list of
    firms with possible need, and from potential customers who have requested
    service.
  • Calls on prospect to explain service.
  • Prepare appropriate specs and treating instructions in accordance
    with existing laws, regulations and company policy.
  • Prepares contract for customers including such information as name
    of pest, area of infestation, and remedy required, based on knowledge of
    pest, structural damage, kinds of insecticides, and conditions conducive
    to pest development.
  • Quotes price, obtains consent of customer, and schedules
    EXTERMINATOR to initiate treatment.
  • Cover sales leads in assigned territory.
  • Record accurate measurements and write correct descriptions of
    property inspected.
  • Compute job treating cost from company pricing instructions.
  • Execute contracts on behalf of the company, observing company policy
    as to credit terms of sales.
  • Supervise collection effort on delinquent accounts of personal sales
    contracts.
  • Deal courteously with customers, leaving customers’ premises and
    furnishings clean and as found.
  • Maintain prospect and call-back files and activity records.
  • Maintain equipment, vehicle and personal safety equipment in clean,
    working order.
  • Complete all appropriate training courses.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • Previous sales experience, or strong desire to work in sales.
    Experience in marketing fumigation services is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to learn and develop inside sales techniques and surpass
    expectations.
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates a high level of work ethic.
  • Possesses a high degree of professionalism and poise in interactions
    with prospects and customers.
  • A strong passion to live company-wide culture of integrity,
    accountability, growth and excellence
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Luganda
NB: Good
understanding of commission-based sales.
