About US:

The Uganda Allied
Health Examinations Board (UAHEB) was established by the BTVET Act 2008 to
streamline, regulate and coordinate examinations and awards in the Allied
Health Profession in Uganda. It is composed of thirteen (13) members drawn from
the constituencies involved in Health Training, Stake Holders and
Professionals.

Job Summary:  The Examinations Officer – Public Health
Dentistry will coordinate the production of the draft and final examinations in
the respective field of assessment and participate in the management of
examinations at the Secretariat.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant must hold a Masters Degree in a health-related
    discipline is an added advantage.
  • A Bachelors Degree in Dental Surgery, or Diploma in Public Health
    Dentistry with a minimum of a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Education
    equivalent from a recognized awarding Institution.
  • At least five years of related work experience
  • Age: Between 35 –
    49 years
