consumables in Uganda, especially imaging and radiology, critical care,
surgical, and medical furniture.
Job Summary: The position of the Customer care is very
crucial in the company. It is a position which requires high level commitment,
competency, integrity and trustworthiness.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
through open and interactive communication - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
methods/tools - Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling
quotas - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and
file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business
studies or any other related discipline - One year of experience in customer relations related work
- Able to work well under pressure and in a busy environment,
- Able to prepare reports
- Must be computer literate especially word, Excel and Quick books
- Should possess excellent presentation skills.
- Must have a proactive mind
- Must have good analytical, communication and report writing skills
- Must be flexible, quick to adapt and self-motivated
