Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Provide
oversight of the Account Services units. Manage the overall operations and
control functions relating to Account Services.
·        
Provide
direction and oversight to the Account Services assistants as well as to TCS
Account Services team in Chennai, India.
·        
Keep up
to date with new product developments and procedural changes relating to
processing Account Services activities ie account opening, account maintenances
and account closures.
·        
Ensure
effective implementation of new processes and products in a controlled manner.
·        
Ensure
compliance to both local and external regulatory requirements.
·        
Hold
weekly meetings with the unit staff to discuss issues pertinent to the
department and initiatives undertaken.
·        
Hold
monthly calls with TCS ASU team to discuss any issues affecting Account
Services.
·        
Coordinate
and manage any other projects as may be assigned by management.
·        
Tracking
of all maintenance done based on exceptional/deferral approvals.
·        
All over
due closures be timely escalated to senior management
·        
Manage
the HR processes for the Account Services unit timely and consistently i.e.
Goals, Job Descriptions, Development plans, Appraisals,
·        
Leave
schedules, departmental rotations and assignments.
·
