Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Identify new markets and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Provide a consultative approach to create an innovative solution(s)
    that best fits the needs of each individual client.
  • Acquisitions and retention of the key accounts in the corporate and
    individual market established
  • Build and strengthen working relationships with clients and earn
    their trust through follow up on the developed accounts
  • Prepare and submit weekly progressive reports and avail status
    updates to the Agency manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing,
    business admin or entrepreneurship. A professional qualification in sales
    and marketing is an added advantage.
  • Possess strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of the global insurance landscape
    and place a priority on client service
  • Extensive work experience is not a requirement, but dedication to
    learning and a true passion for the business are vital.
  • Show commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong
    desire to learn, and success in team environments.
  • Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape (preferred,
    but not required)
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Desire to develop a deep understanding of the insurance industry
  • Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
  • Skills: Market research, intelligence, Business to Business (B2B)
    sales, Entrepreneurship, General insurance, Sales performance tracking and
    reporting, Sales strategy, Marketing
