Job Title:   Senior Administrative Officer

About US:

Dairy Development
Authority is a semi-Autonomous Agency under Ministry of Agriculture, Animal
industry and Fisheries (MAAIE). Dairy Development Authority was established
under the Dairy Industry Act of 1998. Dairy Development Authority’s Mission is
“To provide dairy development and regulatory services that will ensure
increased production and consumption of milk, sustainable and profitable dairy
industry sector that contribute to economic development and improved
nutritional standards in Uganda.”

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant must hold an Honor’s degree in Human Resource
    Management or; Honor’s degree in Social work & Social Administration
    or; Honors of Business Administration & Management (Human Resource
    Management) or any other relevant Honour’s degree from a recognized
    University.
  • Post graduate qualification in a related field is a must.
  • Master’s degree in related field is an added advantage.
  • Three years of working experience in a reputable Organization
  • Demonstrated understanding of the human resource and administration
    processes and procedures.
  • Should have good interpersonal and communication skills and able to
    work with a multiplicity of stakeholders.
  • Should be highly innovative and creative thinker.
  • Must have excellent computer, writing, presentation and negotiation
    skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
