Bathz started its business at Kampala, Uganda is engaged in trading and sale of
a broad range of products in building materials field. The Company’s primary
focus has been on products related to Ceramic & porcelain tiles, sanitary
wares, plumbing, and bathroom fittings.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, sell and promote the company’s products business
opportunities by mapping and following up on new prospects; - Identify business opportunities by mapping prospects and
establishing contacts; - Conduct site visits, meetings and conferences with clients,
Engineers, Architects and related parties; - Prepare and follow up on quotations to obtain feedback from clients;
- Provide superior customer care by addressing customer issues and
communicating the information in a timely manner to the supervisor; - Gather market intelligence and report to management ;
- Maintain a record of all business acquired and prospective clients
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business management,
marketing or related field - Three years’ experience dealing in product sales/ marketing
- Results orientation
- Customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and organised
- Networking and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional & self-motivated
