Job Summary: The Human Resource Officer primarily maintains
and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and
evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and
practices.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
Management or any other related field from an accredited university - A minimum of seven years of experience on a similar project.
- Understanding of Human Resource proficiency.
- Good knowledge of policies, laws regulations and guidelines.
- Good data management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
