happens in the home, in the communities and within institutions that community
members use on a regular basis.
Job Summary: The GBV Prevention Network Program Officer
will support in the implementation of initiatives of the GBV Prevention
Network.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead selected feminist informed pieces of the Network through
planning. Implementation and monitoring; - Support/lead the production of various creative and vibrant materials
for use in feminist process 16 days of Advocacy and Activism Kit social
media campaigns etc - Support the learning and documentation initiative of the Network, to
enhance depth and breadth of the various initiatives - Build and maintain productive relationships with members of the
Network. partner organizations at national regional and global levels - Plan and facilitate various feminist processes with members of the
Network
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the GBV Prevention Network Program Officer
job must hold a BA in relevant field of studies - At least three years of NGO experience
- Experience in VAW prevention Programming
- Experience on social media campaigns is a plus Attributes:
- Demonstrates feminist analysis skills and articulations
- Curios and open for learning
- Creative and ability to facilitate energetic processes
