Job Summary: The Office Assistant will support the public’s
impression of the Institute by providing efficient, courteous and personalized
front office service to the public.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant for the Office Assistant job
must hold a diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management with three years’
experience in a similar position. Bachelor’s degree in any of the above areas
with two years’ experience in a similar position.
