providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Eastern Africa with a
branch network in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Platinum Credit (U) Ltd has
introduced a new product available to formally employed persons working in the
Private Sector.

Job Summary:  The Archives Officer will be tasked with ensuring
all the necessary loan documents are received and filed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Filling
of loan documents.

·        
Carrying
out compliance checks on all loan documents before filling.

·        
Ensuring
loan documents are stored in an orderly manner.

·        
Making
reconciliation of original loan documents received.

·        
In
charge of sending and receiving parcels.

·        
Ensuring
safety of all the documents in Archives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·        
The
ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Library and Information Science,
Records/Archives Management or any other relevant field.

·        
One year
of experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.

·        
Computer
knowledge.

·        
Knowledgeable
about record keeping.

·        
Excellent
numerical and analytical skills.

·        
Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.
