Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • To develop, implement, track and optimize GEMS –CIK digital
    marketing campaigns across all digital channels
  • Develop, plan and manage digital marketing campaigns using a range
    of online techniques
  • Developing and implementing the social media strategy in line with
    the marketing strategy.
  • To assist developing compelling e-marketing campaigns in line with
    the brand strategy and overall marketing plans.
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
    driving digital development
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing
    campaign plans and execute all digital marketing, including marketing
    database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise awareness for
    the GEMS –CIK brand
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns,
    and assess against goals (KPIs)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer
    experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Developing and managing content-based social media
  • Continuous work on the search engine optimization of the website
  • Reviewing new technologies and keeping the company at the forefront
    of developments in digital marketing
  • Conduct market research to understand current market conditions
  • Evaluate the productivity of the marketing events, effectiveness of
    advertising and promotions
  • Performs any other official duties assigned by the Principal / C.E.O
    from time to time.
  • Working with the graphics designer to design, execute and monitor
    all campaigns

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the GEMS Cambridge International School job
    must hold a good Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or
    Information Technology or related field
  • A postgraduate training in Digital Marketing is essential.
  • Three to five years of working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing a marketing database,
    email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • 3-5 years’ experience digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce
  • Knowledge of media editing software, graphic design (videos and
  • Marketing Automation certification will be an additional value.
  • Applicants should be computer literate.
  • Should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and
  • Must be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from
    concept to execution.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and
    devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics,
    Web Trends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and
    constraints advantages.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, web design and

    marketing and measurement.
