Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring employees and determining the work schedule on a
construction site to ensure that work is done efficiently with quality
standards and within the anticipated time. - Reporting on the progress of the work, the estimated time to
completion and employee evaluations. - Ordering for materials for each construction job on the site.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil
Engineering or an equivalent. - Able to read, understand and design drawing according to
construction requirements. - Design institute work experience is preferred.
