the un-served and underserved, now with over 218,598 borrowing clients, over
180Bn loan book with 97% recovery rate, operationally and financially self
sustaining.
Job Summary: The Records Management Supervisor will
oversee organizations records from their creation and preservation through to
disposal. Establishing new records management systems; developing, maintaining,
verifying and evaluating existing systems..
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd Records Management
Supervisor job must hold a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Library and
information science - Three years’ experience in records and information management
- Confidence with using the standard database, software and operating
systems - Communications and influential skills, especially when requiring
colleagues to hand over records or use the systems correctly - Patience, Meticulousness, capable of prioritizing, good problem
solving - Familiarity with operations in a regulated financial institution
