Job Title: Logistics Officer

Regional Manager and the Logistics Manager based in Europe

coffee from Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act upon instructions to load goods from the Exporter’s own stocks
to port of shipment. - Act upon instructions to load goods from Third Party Exporters and
Third Party Warehouse Operators to port of shipment. - Obtain and process all necessary documentation for the export of
said goods. - Liaise with Transport Companies in order to secure equipment for
transportation. - Liaise with Shipping Company Representatives to ensure sufficient
supply of necessary equipment for transportation. - Dispatch documentation as instructed.
- Create and maintain proper file
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of three years of related work experience in a similar
position - Excellent telephone handling skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent communication Skills
- Mature and able to work to deadlines and under pressure
- High standards of professionalism
- Team player
