Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Be in
charge of the entire ICT infrastructure; understand, define and Identify all
the company’s IT business requirements and provide solutions to meet the same.

·        
Manage
Information Technology projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
from project initiation through to project closure.

·        
Use IT
Project Management methods and processes from budgeting phase through
implementation, resolving timelines, costs and technical challenges.

·        
Create
and update detailed project plans that outline specific tasks that need to be
accomplished to ensure successfully deployed initiatives.

·        
Proactively
measure and initiate positive problem resolution steps for issues that arise
during implementation of projects.

·        
Manage
end-to-end integrations with all payment service providers and related
maintenance processes.

·        
Conduct
system analysis, drive Agile development methodologies daily

·        
Manage
all external third parties from integration to maintenance stages.

·        
Budget
for projects by leading and gathering cost estimates from internal and external
vendors for internet packages, hardware and Labour required to implement each
project.

·        
Follow
IT guiding principles when creating project plans and implementing solutions.

·        
Recommend
process improvements to IT processes that result in more efficient, cost saving
procedures for future projects.

·        
Provide
written and verbal updates on the status of projects to appropriate business
and IT leadership teams in a timely manner to ensure project schedule
corresponds to company needs.

·        
Work
with various departments in the creation and approval of Statements of Work and
other required documents.

·        
Assign
tasks and manage their progress to completion, documenting significant
variations from originally estimated costs.

·        
Provide
written and verbal updates on the status of projects to appropriate business
and IT leadership teams in a timely manner to ensure project schedule
corresponds to company needs.

·        
Identify
the organizational structure of any given project and develop policies and
procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives.

·        
Coordinate
priorities between the various stake holders, monitor performance and complete
projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and
data center

·        
Managing
staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining
a safe and secure work environment, and developing personal growth
opportunities

·        
Maintaining
organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and
supporting strategic plans for any given project

·        
Directs
technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices
and user projects

·        
Verifies
application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented

·        
Preserves
assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information
security and control structures

·        
Managing
the IT support team by defining tasks, objectives for any given project

·        
Perform
other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned by the
employer.

Perform
any other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·        
The
applicant must hold a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Programming,
Computing, Information Technology, Software Development and Software.

·        
Two years
of proven experience in the same or similar role.

·        
Strong
interest in software design and architecture.

·        
Motivated
to learn new technologies, understand complex business rules and good at
problem solving.

·        
Excellent
IT and coding skills coupled with excellent organizational, time and project
management skills.

·        
Ability
to evaluate issues and define solutions with good and strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.

Ability
to work efficiently, effectively and productively with initiative and drive
under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
