2018 in collaboration with Mt. Sinai Hospital of New York, USA. The NGO is
located in Kyabiirwa, Jinja District and was started to offer charitable
surgical services to the Ugandan community.

Job Summary:   The
Director Medical Doctor – Surgeon will provide leadership to the surgical team,
outpatient care and service areas including overseeing medical staff, ensuring
consistent safe surgeries, determining and assigning appropriate levels of
staffing required to meet patient needs. The incumbent will lead the entire
team of physicians in ensuring that the highest standards of quality and
service are met in the surgical department and in the facility.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
• Master of Medicine in Surgery
• Demonstrated experience in a Management/ supervisory role
• Computer skills
• Communication and leadership skills.
