products, and over the years has become a leading service brand for consumer
electronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Currently, Carlcare is
providing full service support for Tecno, Itel, & Infinix; three worldwide
famous mobile phone brands.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Verify payments made through non-cash platforms
  • Maintain records for each payment made/ funds received by staff and
    ensure accurate entry into the system.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on the above payment records as
    required.
  • Receive and address phone calls, emails, mails from employees/
    clients in relation to payment
  • Making timely requests for petty cash, ensure that all petty cash is
    accounted for and prepare monthly petty cash reports.
  • Ensure that cash received is receipted and banked on time in
    accordance with company guidelines
  • Administrative support including filing financial and other records
    for easy retrieval

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant for the Data Entrant – Finance job must hold a
    Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounts related course from a reputable
    University
  • Two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to use QuickBooks and similar accounting software
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
