Job Summary: The Administrator is very crucial in the
company and the person holding this position act as a link between the top
management and other employees of the company. It is a position which requires
high level commitment, competency and trustworthiness.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration and
Management
- Ensure safety of the company properties
- Ensure that all the legal documents of the company are maintained up
to date - Ensure that the company rules and regulations are observed by all
employees
Human Resource
Management
- Management employees recruitment process
- Ensure that all employees performance management is undertaken from
time to time - Ensure employees adheres to the rules and regulations related to
human resource management - Administer disciplinary actions with guidance of the higher
authority - Manage employees’ attendances
- Manage employees’ leave
Logistics and
Transport Management
- Maintain the company’s transport machinery and equipment in good
working condition - Maintain up to date records of use and maintenance of all vehicles, motorcycles
and power generator of the company. - Assign drivers/riders duties from time to time
Others: Perform any other duties as may be assigned
from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following
disciplines; Human Resource, Business Administration, Law - Computer literacy especially Word and Excel
