Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Tasked with the attainment of sales targets, product availability,
    customer service, product promotion and market development of a given
    sales territory.
  • Fast track introduction of new products and slow moving SKUs
  • Identify and communicate gaps in Distributors/Reseller coverage
  • Monitor and Drive price compliance to retail
  • Increase retail penetration through order generation

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate for the Nile Breweries Local Area Representative
    job vacancy should hold a Diploma in Business or related field.
  • Relevant experience in a FMCG Environment will be advantageous.
  • Be able to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills and analytical insights
  • Highly competent in terms of numeracy
  • Must be passionate about selling, with good advocacy and persuasive
    skills
  • Must be presentable, good communicator, motivated, disciplined and
    ambitious.
  • Must be a youth who understands the geography, language and market
    of this area
