dishes all over Uganda since the 1930s.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing a large fleet of tractors. tractor mounted winches, trailers,
cane loading machines of cane transport and factory front end loaders and
other miscellaneous equipment working in shifts to achieve optimum level
of availability. - To lead a team of mechanics, welders, auto electricians, tyre
fitters and other technicians. - Tasked with inspecting and testing the machines at the end of shift
and handing them over to another shift properly.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Mechanical or
Agricultural/Automotive Engineering or their equivalent plus a Certificate
in Basic Supervisory Management. - A minimum of five years of hands-on experience as a mechanic in a
big motor vehicle garage. - Age: 25 years and
above.
