their distinctive taste and flavour, and rich golden colour, have sweetened
dishes all over Uganda since the 1930s.

2 Management
Trainee- Electrical

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • In charge of directing and supervising prompt rectification of
    contingency electrical breakdown to minimize on machine down time loses.
  • Constantly carrying out investigation, fault diagnosis and
    developing strategies to over come them.
  • Planning and supervising installation of new electrical systems,
    equipment and directing their testing and commissioning.
  • Ensuring safety of electrical equipment and personnel using them in
    the factory.
  • Supervising repair and maintenance of all electrical equipment in
    and outside factory.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
    Engineering obtained from a reputable University. However, applicants with
    first class Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering with practical experience
    in food processing industry may also apply.
  • Applicants who have just graduated, will under go two years on the
    job training, therefore will not be required to have experience.
  • Age: 25 years and
    above.
