Newrest Uganda
Inflight Services is an industrial catering company specializing in the
aviation sector (restaurants serving the airline and VIP flights and ground
with signs Caffé Lindo, E-Café Sky Café), and in the rail, marine, communities
(embassies, schools, private companies, hospitals), also associated services
including aerial specialist managed services “in flight” (Inflight), the sales
on board (Buy-on-board), the Off- taxes (duty free)) and remote support (remote
sites).
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • The cleanliness of the entire cafeteria
  • Makes requisitions from stores . Makes mis-en plus for breakfast,
    lunch and dinner accordingly i.e crockery, cutlery, lemon slices, ginger,
    availing plates
  • Ensures that table linen is well laid and clean 
  • Ensures that all
    snacks are well displayed at all times
  • Ensures that the juice is in the machine and must clean the same
    machine before going off duty.
  • Ensures that all soup menu is displayed on time



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must hold Diploma in Catering and Hotel
    Management
  • Two years of work experience
  • Previous experience with catering / hospitality industry
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Customer oriented.
