Inflight Services is an industrial catering company specializing in the
aviation sector (restaurants serving the airline and VIP flights and ground
with signs Caffé Lindo, E-Café Sky Café), and in the rail, marine, communities
(embassies, schools, private companies, hospitals), also associated services
including aerial specialist managed services “in flight” (Inflight), the sales
on board (Buy-on-board), the Off- taxes (duty free)) and remote support (remote
sites).
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Oversees and supervises all operational aspects of the project
  • Ensures Quality and profitability targets are met.
  • Ensure that menu specifications / recipes are adhered to at all
    times.
  • To provide timely and quality meals to the clients.
  • Ensure proper system of replenishment of orders made.
  • Liaises with Quality Control Department (QC) to maintain HACCP, food
    safety ad hygiene requirements throughout all food operations



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Project Manager must have a minimum of seven years of
    previous experience in customer service work and project management.
  • Mature, professional attitude and personality
  • Able to work independently, yet excellent team player:.
